The walking vineyard and winery tour is usually given by the owner- microbiologist turned winemaker and vintner. He is very dedicated to his work and will take you through the ins and outs of what to do (and not to do) in grape growing in Texas. You will learn about Pierce's Disease, a current struggle, irrigation, specific varietals that grow well in Texas amongst other things. You also have a chance to visit the wine making operations, taste wine from the barrel and learn about crush, fermentation, and specific challenges related to our wine making operations, a boutique winery undergoing extraordinary growth. After the tour, we will conduct a guided wine tasting of five wines of your choice ranging from sweet white wines like Sweet Moscato to big bold dry red wines such as Tempranillo.


We also offer a Self-guided Vineyard Tour in case you'd like to walk the property at your own pace. Just ask us for a guide when you come in. This is free of charge and you don't have to schedule in advance.
